Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Ward Leadership Hub, a private coordination tool intended for authorized local ward and stake leadership users.
1. Authorized use
You may use the Hub only if you have been granted access by an authorized Hub administrator and only for legitimate leadership, coordination, administrative, ministering, missionary, or other approved purposes associated with your assigned role.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for using your own authorized sign-in account, protecting access to your device and account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to bypass access controls or use another person’s account.
3. Appropriate handling of information
Information in the Hub may be private or sensitive. Users are expected to exercise appropriate discretion, limit access to authorized purposes, and avoid copying or distributing information outside appropriate leadership channels.
4. Accuracy and judgment
The Hub is a coordination tool. Users remain responsible for verifying important information and exercising appropriate leadership judgment. The Hub should not be treated as an emergency service, official membership-record system, or substitute for required Church systems, policies, or priesthood guidance.
5. Availability and changes
The Hub may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features and access rules may change as the application develops. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
6. Access suspension
Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked when a user no longer requires access, changes roles, leaves the applicable organization, violates these Terms, or when restriction is reasonably necessary to protect the Hub or its users.
7. Third-party services
The Hub relies on third-party infrastructure and authentication services, including Cloudflare and Google. Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
8. No official affiliation
Ward Leadership Hub is an independent local leadership tool. It is not an official product of, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Hub evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
