Privacy Policy
Ward Leadership Hub is a private coordination application for authorized local ward and stake leadership users. This policy explains how the Hub handles account information, Google Sign-In data, and information entered into the application.
1. Information we collect
We may collect and process the following information:
- Google account identity information used for sign-in, such as your email address, display name, Google account identifier, and basic profile information supplied by Google Sign-In.
- Hub account and access information, including your assigned role, organization, module access, active/inactive status, and related authorization settings.
- Application activity and operational information entered or generated while using the Hub, such as assignments, contact records, meeting information, ministering information, calling workflows, mission-related coordination, and administrative activity logs.
- Session and security information needed to keep you signed in, protect the application, and detect or troubleshoot access problems.
2. Google user data
The Hub uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate identity and associate a Google account with an authorized Hub user. The Hub does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google services beyond the basic identity information supplied through Google Sign-In.
Google identity information is used only for authentication, account matching, access control, security, and displaying basic user identity within the Hub where appropriate.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the Hub, enforce role-based access, support authorized leadership coordination, preserve activity history, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve application reliability and usability.
4. Storage and service providers
The Hub is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers and D1. Google provides the identity authentication service used for Google Sign-In. Information may therefore be processed by these service providers as necessary to operate the application.
5. Sharing and selling
Ward Leadership Hub does not sell personal information or Google user data to advertisers or data brokers. Information is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Information may be processed by infrastructure and authentication service providers as necessary to operate and secure the Hub, or disclosed when required by law.
6. Access and retention
Operational information is intended to be accessible only to authorized users based on their Hub permissions. Records may be retained as needed for continuity, historical reference, security, and application operation. Authorized administrators may deactivate Hub accounts and may remove or correct information when appropriate.
7. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access and protect application data, including authenticated access, server-side authorization checks, secure hosting infrastructure, and session controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Hub is not intended as a general consumer service for children. Access is intended for authorized leadership users and other specifically approved participants.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Hub changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
